Edinburgh International Festival

Held over three weeks in August, the Edinburgh International Festival is an annual festival of performing arts in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The International Festival brings top-class performers of music, theatre, opera and dance from around the world to perform. 

A selection of performance spaces across the city will include three temporary outdoor pavilions where audiences can rediscover the magic of live performance. 

Performers hail from Australia, South Africa, Canada, Russia, Germany, Poland and a myriad of other nations, creating a truly international festival experience.
