What is the Fargo Marathon?

The Fargo Marathon is not just a running race known as America’s Best Small-Town race, but it's a week-long festival full of fantastic events. 

There are so many races to participate in including a Cyclothon, Furgo dog run, a kid's race, 5K walk/run, 10K, half marathon, full marathon, and relays, so there really is something for everyone to get involved with. The course has over 50 live bands to keep everyone moving to the beat, along with an epic after-race party with plenty of food music, cold beer, and entertainment!

Whether you are planning to take on the challenge and run the Fargo Marathon or provide some much-needed support from the sidelines, you are in for a treat. Spend the day soaking up the electric atmosphere and watch as Fargo becomes one big party celebrating the triumph and endurance of the human spirit.

To take part in the marathon you will need to register in advance online.

The Fargo Marathon course is USATF-certified and an official Boston qualifier.
