Food Expo, which takes place annually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, brings together gourmets from all over the world. It is aimed both at retailers, manufacturers, and suppliers as well as the general public.
The last Expo attracted over 1,560 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions and over 21,000 trade buyers.
