What is the Georgia National Rodeo?
This annual event is a treat for all die-hard rodeo fans and first-time visitors alike. Held each February at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter in Perry, Georgia, it is fully sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and is suitable for the whole family to enjoy.
You can expect to see all the exciting action you would expect from a rodeo event including specialty acts with cowboys and cowgirls from across the country competing in seven categories: saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, team roping, bull riding, and barrel racing.
