What is the Hatch Chile Festival?
Hatch Chile Festival attracts over 30,000 visitors from all over the United States who gather to enjoy a Labor Day weekend full of fun entertainment and delicious spicy food!
The festival features a parade, a carnival, tons of different restaurants and some of the best food vendors in the state. It is also known to attract media attention and in the past has seen the likes of the Food Network and the BBC give coverage.
