In San Sebastian, Spain, crowds flock to Plaza de la ConstituciÃ³n on the eve of La Tamborrada as the city flag is raised to kick off the 24-hour event.During this celebratory drum festival, bands and other members of over a hundred musical companies salute the day with drumming, marching and dancing to the tune of Sarriegui's works.Visit San Sebastin on the 20th of January and find people dressed up as soldiers parading the streets.
