What is the Open Air Cinema in Paris?
For more than 30 years, the open-air cinema of La Villette, also known as Cinéma en Plein Air, has been a key event in the Parisian summer calendar. Relax on the green lawns of the Parc de la Villette in the north east of Paris, and watch as dusk falls and the film screenings begin.

Bring blankets and a picnic but leave any glass or sharp objects at home as they are not permitted inside the park.
