Experience a taste of Louisiana with one of the largest crawfish boils in the southeast. Be sure to bring your appetite. We are excited to announce that this years festival features 16,000 pounds of boiled crawfish provided by the Cordova Crawfish Company of Pensacola, Florida. Cajun dishes such as red beans and rice, boudin balls, seafood gumbo, etouffee, jambalaya, and Cajun pasta will also be available in addition to traditional festival fare.
