Pink Hill is a tiny town with 2230 pink roses blooming, white picket fences and one stoplight in Eastern North Carolina.
The kickoff event includes a 5K bubble run, where participants will run through a bubble machine at the finish line.
The event will have two stages to showcase the many new musicians, as well as a comedian and magician set to perform.
