What is The White Thrill?
This event has become a legendary ski race and is the first stage of the alpine triathlon the Arlberg Eagle, with the half marathon to follow in July and the mountain bike marathon in August. Every year participants are pushed to their limits and attracts thousands of winter sports enthusiasts every year to St. Anton am Arlberg from all over the world.
This event demands courage, strength, and a positive attitude if you are willing to contend with the 150-metre climb along the route otherwise known as the 'Mountain of Pain'.
Need to know
The race is open to all but the unprepared slopes demand high levels of skiing skill and dexterity. This is not one for the faint hearted!

St. Anton am Arlberg is Austria’s largest ski area with 87 lifts and cableways, 200 kilometres of deep-snow routes and 300 kilometres of slopes.
