Celebrate the city of Valdivia's birthday with a week of traditional festivities that has become one of Southern Chile's most anticipated annual events.

These colorful celebrations commemorate the founding of Valdivia and mark the end of summer in the region. The hub of activity takes place in the middle of Costanera Avenue and the Plaza de la Republica.
