What is the Winterfest Boat Parade?
The Winterfest Boat Parade is an annual tradition that has been held every December in Fort Lauderdale since 1970.
The parade begins at 6.30 pm when all the boats gather along the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale to begin their slow and colorful procession along the waterway.
The parade route is 12-miles long and attracts over a million viewers who come to watch the holiday spectacle. This is a one-of-a-kind parade with beautifully decorated boats of all sizes that's not to be missed.
It's a wonderfully festive experience that the whole family will love!
