What is Gothenburg's Anniversary Festival?
This amazing Anniversary Festival is part of Gothenburg’s Anniversary Celebration. The whole summer will be filled with fun activities and events in honor of this wonderful city’s 400 year old history.
But it can't be called a celebration without a party, right? This is why the anniversary festival has been put together, to offer four days of fun and festivities for everyone! Visitors and locals can gather in Frihamnen and celebrate together.

Each day of the four day festival has a different theme. The festival area has free entry and is open to all ages.

The festival area covers 70,000 square meters and will be full to the brim with incredible live music, delicious food, fun activities and so much more. The three stages will have live performances with everything from pop and rock to orchestras and dance bands.
