What is the Prague Christmas Market?
Prague is arguably one of the best European cities to experience at Christmas. One of their largest and most popular Christmas Markets is held every year in the Old Town Square, which becomes the focal point for pre-Christmas celebrations and festivities.
This magical market is visited by thousands of people every winter and it's easy to see why. Take a stroll, with a cup of mulled wine in hand, and you will see a huge Christmas tree at the center.
Browse through the stalls selling traditional Czech products, hand-crafted decorations and treats such as sugar-coated roasted nuts, sausages and bratwurst. Enjoy lots of fun and activities during the market's extensive program of entertainment including traditional Christmas carols.
Prague's Christmas market is the ideal place for you and the family to make the most of the festive season.
